A personalised care plan will be created around you. Visits can be flexible and tailored to your lifestyle, ensuring the right support is in place from day one.

Our free home care assessment is a friendly chat to understand your needs and what support would help most.

It can be arranged in our office or in the comfort of your own home, helping us create a care plan that’s safe, flexible, and tailored to you.

  • Talk through your daily routine, preferences and goals

  • Assess the level of support you need at home

  • Complete a basic risk assessment for safety

  • Answer any questions you may have

  • Create a personalised care plan and recommend the best support

Who can use the care service

We welcome private clients, Local Authority-funded care packages, Direct Payments, and NHS-funded care (subject to eligibility). We support both short-term and long-term care packages, and welcome both simple and complex care needs with personalised support tailored to each individual.
